Ellensburg Property Management is locally owned and operated by two Central Washington University graduates. The EPM team is part of this community and glad to serve it well! EPM is proud of our personalized, hands-on approach to property management.

We assist tenants with lease agreements, payment collection, and maintenance work so they have ideal rental arrangements. We also help property owners market available rental properties, screen tenants, and maintain their rental units. We gather financial owner statement information so owners can make the best real estate decisions for their properties.

The EPM office is available for in-person service by appointment only, during operating hours (Mon - Fri, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm) as needed. 

Our personnel are constantly on-the-go doing our best for all our clients, meaning we are not always here in person. We may be doing showings, move-in inspections, maintenance, advertising, training, etc. 

If you have an appointment, or need to deliver something to the office dropbox, the office location is 303 E 5th Avenue, Suite 2, Ellensburg, WA 98926. Our dropbox is located to the right of the front door and is open for receivables 24/7.
